The Wellness AF Edit

I am real excited about this weeks blog AKA ‘The Wellness AF Edit.’ If you’re still catching up with this New Year- we’re here to inspire your wellness game. No matter what your schedule looks like from day to day, you can always carve out a slice of time for self care. Whether you’re lighting a candle and writing in your journal, meditating, drinking tea, working out with some weighted Bala bangles and watching a Melissa Wood Health video (my personal favorite), or getting your nails done (here’s looking at you Leo!)- any ONE of these things will transform your mindset and your day. This blog post is for all of you badass, hard-working humans who maybe forget to take that bit of time for yourself each day. Showing up for yourself is not only better for YOU, but its better for others because you then show up as the best version of yourself. Whether you have five minutes or thirty minutes to spare, I encourage you to take that time to nourish yourself each day. Because why the heck not?
