Can We Just Talk? Talk About Paint

Happy August!

I hope someone gets my cornball title reference to this blog… this week we’re spilling the beans on paint colors we get asked about most frequently (here’s looking at you, olive green bath vanity from our House of Whiskey project!) and clearly I have a thing with greens and blues.. ha! There is nothing like finding that perfect color for a space - whether it be for your walls throughout, a bath vanity, or an accent shiplap wall - colors are interpreted SO differently by everyone and truly change from room to room. As I’m sure you’ve read/ heard before - we always recommend painting some large swatches on a wall - even in two different rooms or areas that get different lighting - and live with those tests/ swatches for a day or two. Make sure you love the color in all times of the day, see how it changes with different lighting, and just overall make sure you love it! That’s our two cents, now onto the good stuff.
